Birthing Noire was founded by a registered nurse and birth professional who witnessed firsthand how often Black and Brown families are overlooked, rushed, or unheard within the medical system.
That clinical foundation informs how the collective operates — blending medical understanding with compassionate, client-centered support.
While the founder no longer serves as a primary birth doula, her experience shapes the standards, training, and philosophy that guide the entire team.
