Every client starts with a personal consultation with our founder — a registered nurse with over a decade of L&D experience. She gets to know you, your goals, your concerns, and your birth vision before anything else happens.
Step 2 — You get matched with your doula.
Mitsuzi matches you with the right certified doula from the collective based on your personality, your needs, and your birth plan. This isn't random. It's intentional.
Step 3 — You interview your doula.
Before anything is finalized, you meet your matched doula and make sure the connection feels right. You choose who is in your corner.
Step 4 — Nurse-led birth education.
Mitsuzi personally leads your virtual childbirth education sessions — covering how hospitals work, how decisions get made, and how to advocate for yourself when things move fast.
Step 5 — In-person sessions with your doula.
Your doula meets with you in person to build your birth plan, prepare your partner, and make sure you feel genuinely ready.
Step 6 — Continuous labor support.
Your doula is by your side from active labor through delivery. And because you are backed by a full collective, backup coverage is always in place at no extra cost.
Step 7 — Postpartum care and lactation support.
Our care doesn't stop at discharge. Your postpartum visits come to your home — covering your recovery, your feeding journey, and how you are really doing.
