Expert Support
Pregnancy & Birth Tips from a Houston Doula You Can Trust.
Labor & Delivery Concierge Nurse
Wondering when is the right time to go to the hospital?
You don’t need to rush to the hospital at the first sign of labor. With expert nursing support by your side, you can stay home longer, avoid unnecessary interventions, and walk into your birth feeling calm, in control, and deeply supported.

This is for you if...
You’re planning a hospital birth but want to stay home longer with expert eyes on you
You’ve had a traumatic or rushed birth before — and want something different
You want clinical support without rushing to the hospital too soon
You’re craving a calm, connected, and evidence-based experience

Not for...
Home births or birth center clients
High-risk pregnancies requiring hospital monitoring
Clients expecting me to attend the hospital — this package is home labor only
Most hospital births are designed for efficiency — not empowerment.
You're told to come in early, but early admission often means hours of labor under bright lights, frequent checks, and rising pressure to "hurry up."
It’s no wonder so many women feel like passengers in their own birth.
But here’s the truth:
Laboring at home , with the right clinical support, can change everything.
Labor and Delivery Concierge Nurse
As a registered nurse with 12 years of labor & delivery experience, I bring the expertise of the hospital — without the pressure of it.
I’m AWHONN-certified in fetal monitoring, and I actively serve as a birth assistant to midwives in the Houston community.
I’ve supported hundreds of families through every phase of birth, and I understand the nuance of what’s normal, what’s not, and when to take action.
This isn’t doula-only care.
This is nurse-led strategy — rooted in evidence, intuition, and calm confidence.
