We are a certified Houston doula collective founded by a registered nurse with over a decade of labor and delivery experience. Our team of certified birth doulas serves families across Houston and surrounding areas — bringing clinical education, hands-on labor support, and postpartum care that honors the full weight of what you are going through.

The Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Experience:
Before Birth
- Two virtual birth education and planning sessions
- Two in-person prenatal visits designed to prepare you for hospital protocols, decision-making, and advocacy.
- Prenatal virtual lactation consultation
- Unlimited text, phone, and email support from signing through 6 weeks postpartum
- Hospital bag checklist, guided meditations, customizable birth plan template, prenatal session workbook, and evidence-based research on any specific concerns you have
During Labor
- 24/7 on-call support beginning at 38 weeks
- Continuous in-person labor support at your hospital, birth center, or home
- Collective backup coverage — a designated backup doula within our team is always on call
- Comfort techniques, positioning support, emotional steadiness, and gentle advocacy throughout
After Birth
- Two in-home postpartum visits (60 minutes each)
- Lactation support — breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or combination feeding
- Birth debrief and emotional processing session
- Ongoing support through postpartum
